Our mission with University Rates is simple: be the realest university website out there. 1.2 million students go on Erasmus, 1.5 million start a master's program, and 18.8 million begin their bachelor's degree, every single year. The goal is to help students find the best city, program, university, friends, bars, club, love (we can't actually help much there, that part is on you). A forever-free, deep database of European higher education where reviews feel like travel advice from another student, and where you can see a university's global rank and the price of a beer in the same place.

My name is Connor, I moved to Portugal almost 2 years ago to attend Catolica Lisbon School of Business and Economics and found that I had a serious problem, that being I don't know anything. Unfortunately I still have this problem to this day but at least I know everything about my University, and the city thanks to compiling this database.

Outside of this tool, Erasmus is one of the most impactful experiences that a person can have. Your time in another country and the people you spend it with shape you in the best possible ways. I encourage anyone considering Erasmus or any other activity that leads you abroad to always commit and make the most of the opportunity (and to use our website and tell your family and friends of course).
