Founded in 1667, the Observatoire de Paris is France's largest national research center for astronomy, located in Paris, Meudon, and Nançay. It is part of PSL University and offers research-oriented programs with strengths in planetology, exoplanetary systems, gravitation, and high-energy astrophysics.
