University of Rennes

The University of Rennes traces its origins to 1461 when it was founded as the Duke's University of Brittany, with its current form established in 2023 through a merger of Rennes 1 University and five grandes écoles. Located in Rennes, the capital of Brittany in northwestern France, the university serves 37,200 students including 3,700 international students.
